What this job actually involves
A dripping faucet is a worn cartridge, seat or O-ring nine times out of ten, and on a decent fixture the repair is cheaper and better than replacing it. On a cheap fixture where parts are no longer made, replacement is the honest answer and we will say so.
New installations run into the same two obstacles every time: supply stops that seize when turned after fifteen years, and mounting nuts corroded into place under the sink. We carry replacement stops and the tools to get old fixtures out without cracking the basin.

Angela M.Toilet repairFaucet Repair & Installation: common questions
Is a dripping faucet worth calling about?
A steady drip is thousands of gallons a year and it usually gets worse. It is a short visit.
Can you fit a faucet I bought online?
Yes, and we will check it comes with what it needs before we take the old one out.
Why is only one tap slow?
Usually a blocked aerator or a partially closed stop valve. Both are quick to check.
